In anticipation of the publication of the CMOM proposal, US EPA issued a document outlining the steps needed to submit comments on the proposal.

This document is somewhat obsolete because it was issued before the withdrawal of the CMOM NPRM by the incoming Bush administration.

The WEF CMOM subcommittee has developed an automated comments submission tool available to everyone on the Comments To EPA page. This tool allows the user to submit structured comments that are significantly easier for EPA to tabulate.
